Returns & Refund Policy

At BabyGlow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights under Danish and EU consumer law.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. In that case, BabyGlow will cover the return shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Your Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Danish law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, including your right to a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.
